Very well argued and near impossible to refute. Technically a home used for commercial purposes i.e. AirBnB, is illegal in many countries like Australia.

Governments are slow to react to new technologies and take too long to consider where new activities fall within existing regulations. If you're operating a commercial premises within a residential home in Australia you are breaking the law, period. Bondi in Australia is a great example where so many homes are AirBnB owners, younger generations are being left without the right to a home.
